The ATACAMA™ : Your Gateway to Unbridled Adventure

Ever wondered what happens when engineering meets pure wanderlust? Say hello to the Atacama - a tent that doesn't just shelter you, but transforms your entire outdoor experience.

Imagine condensing your entire adventure setup into a compact 21 x 10 inch package that weighs just 14 pounds. This isn't just a tent; it's a portal to possibility. Whether you're a solo rider or rolling two-up, the Atacama obliterates every compromise you've ever made on camping gear.

Let's talk space - because this is where magic happens. Standing up inside a tent? Life-changing. Seriously. No more awkward crouching or contortionist moves to change clothes. The Atacama gives you room to breathe, stretch, and actually live in your temporary home.

Sleeping Configurations: Choose Your Own Adventure

1 Up: Picture a luxurious twin XL bed with space for your riding gear, a camp chair, and your wild dreams. Spread out. Relax. This is your kingdom.

2 Up: Upgrade to queen-size comfort. Separate entry/exit doors mean no more climbing over your partner. Each rider gets their personal space, with room for gear and zero compromises.

3 Up: Pack 'em in! Standard sleeping pads, personal gear in the garage, and still room to move. Need more space? The garage becomes an extra sleeping zone. Invite friends. Create memories.

GARAGE/VESTIBULE : Where the Real Magic Happens

Two opposing doors that taper up? Genius. Ride your full touring adventure bike straight inside. Panniers and all. Or transform this space into your personal basecamp - chairs, coffee, meals under cover. This isn't just a vestibule; it's your mobile living room.

Tech That Means Business

When storms hit, the Atacama doesn't just protect - it laughs in the face of nature. With a 4000mm hydrostatic head rating, this is expedition-grade waterproofing. Those other tents barely surviving a light drizzle? Not your style. Read some of our testimonials to understand why we take this so seriously.

Poles: The Unsung Heroes

Aircraft-grade aluminum. Pre-bent to reduce stress. These aren't just poles; they're your ticket home from whatever adventure you're chasing. Round-the-world trip or weekend escape, these are built to perform.

    Atacama Review

Posted by John Brock on 22nd Feb 2017

I was surprised when I was able to set up the tent in only 13 minutes, on my first attempt. This included figuring out which side was up, and which end was which. After paying attention to the way that I rolled and repacked the tent, I believe I can get the setup time to around 6 minutes. Also, I couldn't believe the size of the sleeping area. Huge, compared to my other tents. Great quality. A lot of thought went into this tent design.

    Motel 6 in a Bag!

Posted by Rob Burke on 31st Dec 2016

I received the Atacama Expedition tent in July. I then took a 4-week motorcycle tour of 21 states. I spent and entire week in the Great Smoky Mountains each night in this tent. The fit and finish are astounding. It paid for itself in just a few nights as I didn't have to stay in motels. I have inside this tent during a hard rain and no leaks, no drips, no errors. I will use this tent anytime I camp. The service I received from Kevin and Christine as very professional. These are good people who sell a great tent.

I never leave reviews, but this tent made our trip. My boyfriend decided we should switch out our tent for this one for our South America trip. Customer service from Christine was amazing and arrived at our hotel in time. used it for 2 weeks so far in between hotel stays. Sooo much space, best feature own doors from the sleeping room. And I can stand up in the tent. We don't bring either of the bikes in as we bring everything into the tent at night. 5 stars for us

    Expedition Tent

Posted by Michael whitby on 22nd Sep 2016

Not the lightest tent around, but definately the best for moto riders or just someone wanting a well engineered tent. It's a breeze to put up ( no pun intended, if you've seen the videos this will make sense. Every tine we use it, someone wants to know where to buy one. The last time, I put it up in the dark in less than 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and next time you're in the market, buy this tent. I don't know how often if ever I'd park a bike in the garage, there are two of us each with our own. Maybe if it was bad weather and we had some maintainence to do, but what it really gives you is SPACE. Something you normally don't have in a moto tent. You can stand up to get dressed and aren't tripping over stuff while doing it. My wife thinks it's the best $500 we've spent on camping gear.

    Redverz Atacama Expedition MC Tent

Posted by Christine Orris on 4th Aug 2016

I took a MC camping trip through New Brunswick, CA and Cape Bretton, NS, CA to ride the Cabot Trail. The tent was easy to carry on my bike, cruiser, and provided a lot of room for me and my equipment. I did encounter rain, lots of rain on the trip, the tent did offer excellent shelter, inside never got wet. I have not tried to park the bike in the "garage" but what I enjoy is having that extra room to act as a canopy over me for protection from bad weather. I can sit in it, stand in it, use my little Jet Boil stove and lots of room to store equipment w/out having to share my sleeping area for such. I do recommend that people who purchase the tent, practice setting up and taking down a few times before actual use. The videos on this site are very helpful and remember, practice makes perfect. I look forward to other camping excursions with the Redverz Atacama Expedition MC Tent. I give this tent 5 stars.
