Perfectly fitted to the garage measurements and layout, the garage foot print is clipped beneath entrance of the inner tent and extends fully to clip at the opposite end of the garage. Keeps high traffic area tidy, stored gear clean and offers clean area to stand without shoes or boots. Weight is 6oz
We highly recommend using a footprint, a custom-cut ground cloth designed specifically for the floor plan of your tent. The garage footprint keeps condensation down, allows campers to move freely from one area of the tent to another without the need for shoes and keeps high traffic areas tidy. In the morning the area provides a clean surface where you can change cloths, or fold and roll your tent.
The sleeping bay ground cloth and garage ground cloth for the Atacama Expedition Tent are two different, distinct cloths of different sizes to fit perfectly in each designated area. With "Garage" imprinted directly on the garage area foot print there is no confusion as to which ground cloth belongs where. Ground cloths are optional and sold separately.
Our advice:
- If only a nonspecific ground cloth is all that is available, tuck any excess material under the tent floor . Any material that extends beyond the tent's perimeter will catch water and collect it.

Atacama Garage Ground Sheet
Does everything it is advertised to do. I've been using a blue tarp for the past couple of years and after getting this groundsheet, I am wondering why I ever did. It is light weight, easy to clean, fits perfectly, and is superior in every way. Just get it now and save yourself the two years!

Worked exactly as it was supposed to.
I have had my Redverz Solo Expedition Tent for about 8 months. The first time I used the tent, the inside of the Garage got lots of moisture in it. I thought maybe it was just because we were near a stream. The second time I used it the same thing. So I decided to purchase the Garage Goundsheet. Used it the other day for my trip to Daytona for bike week. It performed exactly as advertised. No moisture on the inside of the garage even though it had rained for a few days before we arrived at the camp site. Also provided a dry floor to put gear on. I would recommend anyone purchasing the Redverz to also purchase the Garage Groundsheet.
