Replacement Long Pole - Series II, Atacama & Solo Expedition Tents

Just wanted to mention the awesome customer service Redverz puts on. We broke 2 tent poles during a bear attack on our tent. We survived just fine but alas, the tent poles did not. C/S sent out new poles right away - in fact the guy on the other end of the email made sure to get them out on friday night before the post office closed or we would have been waiting until monday for them to ship out. That might have messed with our non-schedule for sure. Did I mention we were a month or so into our trip and had to find an address ahead of us to get the poles delivered to? (Used my nephews place 2 provinces over). Poles arrived, tent happy its no longer wonky, we are continuing our lap around North America. YAY!

With a quick discussion, a replacement pole was shipped next day and arrived shortly after. The company also gave me instructions on how to reuse the sections of the old (broken) long pole should such a break re-occur. So service was great. Haven't used the pole yet but I'm sure it works as good as the original.
