Shipping

We ship worldwide. Most orders leave our Denver warehouse within 24 hours. Here's everything you need to know.

United States — Lower 48

— Complimentary ground shipping on all orders

— Orders ship within 24-48 hours

— Same-day shipping available on orders placed before 11am MST, Monday–Friday (not guaranteed — dependent on volume)

— Orders placed after 11am MST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day

International — Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and Beyond

We ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and most countries worldwide every week via FedEx International. Delivery to most destinations in under a week — Europe and Australia typically 5-7 business days depending on customs clearance.

What you need to know:

— Shipping cost is calculated at checkout

— Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility — these are set by your country's customs authority and are not charged by Redverz

— Check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect on arrival

— Holiday gift orders shipped to a recipient may incur COD duties at delivery — plan accordingly

Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund minus actual shipping cost. This applies to free shipping orders too — the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

— Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

— Refund processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your return, in the original payment method

— Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be accepted

— An RMA number is required before sending anything back

To start a return: email adventure@redverz.com with your receipt, or call 720 213 8287. We'll issue your RMA number and return instructions.

If we shipped you the wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost.

Use a tracked and insured shipping method. Redverz cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Warranty

2-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship to the original owner. If your tent fails due to a manufacturing defect under proper care, parts will be replaced at Redverz Gear's discretion.

Not covered:

— Accident, improper care, or negligence

— Sun degradation

— Mildew

— Wear and tear from hard use

Redverz covers ground return shipping on all warranty items. You're responsible for getting the product to us. Proof of purchase required.
