Shipping Update

Please plan ahead. The volume of goods shipped has increased massively during the pandemic. Carriers are no longer offering refunds for expedited shipments that do not arrive on time. Redverz Gear also will not refund expedited shipments that are delayed due to carrier error. 

Warranty

Redverz Gear warranties the materials and workmanship in every Redverz Gear tent to the original owner for a period of 2 years. If your Redverz Gear tent has received proper care, but fails due to a defect in manufacturing, the parts will be replaced at Redverz Gear’s discretion. Damages incurred due to accident, improper care or negligence where Redverz Gear is not at fault, including sun degradation, mildew, wear and tear due to hard use are not eligible for warranty replacement. Redverz Gear offers a 2 year, limited warranty to the original owner on all Redverz Gear tent framework.  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.

 

Redverz Gear will cover the shipping from our warranty location (ground shipping) for all items covered under warranty. Customers are responsible for getting the product to the Redverz Gear Warranty department and expedited shipping requests for returned goods.

Returns Policy

If an item is unused and in the original packaging, it can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund minus the actual cost of shipping. This applies to orders utilizing Free Shipping promotions, it is not a risk-free trial and the ship cost will be deducted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Purchase receipt must accompany return requests.  Refunds will be administered in the same form of payment as was used for purchase, within 7 to 14 business days of Redverz Gear receiving your unused, in tact returned item.  Redverz Gear assumes no responsibility for damages incurred in the return shipping process and customers must resolve any damaged returned shipment issues with the selected carrier. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or used. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return.

If you wish to make a return, please email us at adventure@redverz.com and include your original receipt or call us +1720 213 8287 for instructions and an RMA#. If you are returning a product because we shipped you an item that you did not order, Redverz Gear will pay the return-shipping costs. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

Shipping

Please plan ahead. The volume of goods shipped has increased massively during the pandemic. Carriers are no longer offering refunds for expedited shipments that do not arrive on time. Redvers also will not refund expedited shipments that are delayed. Please plan accordingly and leave plenty of time for your gear to arrive ahead of your scheduled trip of a lifetime.  Items that are currently in stock and are able to be placed into the shopping cart will ship within 24-48 hours, same day shipping can occur if the order is placed and received before 11 a.m MST but is not guaranteed and is dependent on volume. (Colorado Time) Monday thru Friday.  Orders placed after 11 a.m. MST Monday through Friday will ship from our warehouse the next business day.   Orders places on a weekend or holiday will ship out the next business day. 

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If during checking out your country is not available please visit our web site under dealers to find the distributor in your country.  If you are still having problems please contact us at adventure@redverz.com  to verify the purchase.

 

For International Shipments You will be responsible for all shipping charges and any import fees that likely will be charged by customs agents at the time of delivery (including import duties and local taxes, such as VAT). Check with your local customs office for details on import fees.

 

  • If you are ordering as gifts for holiday and shipping directly to your recipient, they may be asked to pay COD duties and fees upon arrival- please plan accordingly.
  • Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Redverz Gear is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
